Fenner PLC has successfully acquired Multiseals Pte Ltd on 28th April 2011. Multiseals now joins Houston based CDI Seals as a member of Fenner Advanced Sealing Technology Group (FAST).
Multiseals has been a distributor for CDI seals for almost 25 years. The business synergies from this acquisition will support the rapid growth in the Asia Pacific oil and gas markets. Multiseals now have additional materials and manufacturing processes to support the local manufacturing of the CDI Seals product lines. |

We have expanded and established our market base in Asia, Europe, North America, China and Middle East. We are a contract manufacturer to the bigger manufacturers in established region and we have a wide network of distrbutors and partners. Since establishment, we have been appointed as the exclusive distributor of numerous renowned international seal manufacturers. Our in house manufactured seals (custom molding and CNC machining) is highly recognized and certified with OEM customers.
In 1993, we expanded our business scope to include production of custom molded precision seals for OEMs in the oilfield and fluid power industries. Our product quality is now fully certified by major MNC customers.
